Hello dear Daraz, I have ordered a neckband earphone from you. I had placed my order on 10 April and today, 15 April, means there is one day left for the delivery deadline.
A couple of minutes ago, I checked my order tracking page; they said that the delivery guy made an attempt to deliver my parcel to my own address but failed because he is not at home or not reachable. I have placed so many items with you for 2 years; I am receiving these orders at the same address. It hasn't changed a bit, so why are the deliveries still late? Even they said he refers to me as unreachable.
Are you out of your damn mind? I have been using the same address for approximately 2 years. Even last month, I ordered a touchscreen watch and received it at the same address. Then what's wrong this time?
That means the delivery guy didn't make any attempt to reach me. Please hear me out and do something. I waited 5 days just to see a message that we can't reach you. Come on, give me a break.
Do something or you will lose your loyal customer. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent order (#239675****53556) placed on 03 April 2026.
Today, I received the parcel at my address; however, upon opening the package, I was shocked to find that the product inside was completely different from what I had ordered. Instead of the shoes, the box contained a damaged and irrelevant Nighty and the actual shoes were missing.
This is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I request you to kindly look into this matter on an urgent basis and arrange either:
Immediate replacement with the correct product, or
Full refund of the paid amount

Order booked by seller on 9th January 2026, and estimated delivery time given was a maximum of 13th January 2026, but my order item package has still not been delivered. I have already emailed Daraz regarding my order delivery issue, but from Daraz's end, no one has responded personally to my email.
At Daraz's end, they think it's not necessary to reply or respond.
Daraz is handling their customers like that with their unbelievable behavior towards customers. I have had a very bad and headache-filled experience with Daraz Pakistan.

- Driver Imran Iqbal, phone ending 01, demanded more and misbehaved.
As I was out of money so I asked the driver of I can transfer money online, and he gave me his jazzcash. I transfered him the amount, sent him the screenshot too, and he kept on calling and coming at my doorstep and harassing me for extra money claiming that he haven't received the money, sometimes it does it's delayed because of online payments.
But he made an hour *** for me, I have come across many riders where I do pay online, sometimes they receive instantly and sometimes within few hours!!
But this rider named Imran Iqbal+92 346 3****01 with this phone number and blackmailing me to give him extra money or the parcel. He was misbehaving to an extreme level
Where as my bill was 2390 and I sent him 2500

The seller tries to blackmail me when I post a solid review and says, 'If you don't remove it, I will not send you the return item.' I have at least changed the review around 6 times, and still, he says the return parcel is on the way but I didn't receive anything.
Looking forward to returning my item or getting a full refund.
