Hello dear, I placed an order nine days ago, and on October 12, my order reached the Sheikhupura branch warehouse. The same date, October 12, the manager was not on duty at the warehouse. Why is this the case?
Secondly, the delivery rider did not contact the customer about delivery, thus delivery failed. I have the details of my order being scanned the same day it arrived at the warehouse, including scanning time and date.
I requested the Sheikhupura branch manager to change the address so I could collect from the warehouse, but he instructed me to file a complaint via live chat, saying he couldn't do anything. I want to inquire about this matter. Who is the branch manager responsible for, and who is responsible for ensuring timely delivery? Furthermore, who takes action when things go wrong?

I have ordered on 2 oct and parcel supposed to be delivered at 10th oct, but 18th of oct it's shows On leopard my parcel is in Islamabad and when I contacted to supplier he said contact to daraz and marked my parcel delivered.

A professional and kind manner which showed from the way the representative was talking over the phone. Nicely, greeted me.
He had pulled up my Order Information as the call was initiated. I didn't have to give him the Order Number. He mentioned it without asking and without any hesitation. Did not waste any of my time; provided the information I needed without any questioning.
I was really happy. Highly recommend.
I received an update notification of my order, that is it will be delivered today. I wanted to confirm it as I intend to travel interstate. I called up the Customer Service and the representative confirmed it is out for delivery and will be delivered today by Maghrib.

The Scammer Seller Try To trick Us and Daraz system to Make delivery to his Khanewal factory not to me loll . Delivery attempted and it's failed and package return to seller .big loll and Biggest Scammer Ever .
Then, on 3rd June, I ordered the same mobile again from the same seller. Today is 8th June and the mobile has not been shipped yet, same as before. It's clear that the seller is scamming and must be punished or blocked from Daraz. He wasted my 20 days without sending me the mobile.
If he doesn't have stock, why is he still advertising the mobile!!! Daraz seems to be asleep, only wanting customer money. They don't even have chat support, just a useless bot that gives the same response all the time!!!

I paid For Second Time For Same Mobile ZTE Blade V50 Design and After 1 Week of Waiting He Updated Daraz System that My package with Leopard And it's for Delivery From khanewal Punjab which Is this Scammer Home . Today I Received Update that My package went for home delivery when I Checked it's Delivery To kanewal To his own City not Even To my Region . This Clown Seller Think he is Smarter Than us .
Because Daraz *** System Cover and Protect These Kind of Scammers. !

I am writing to you regarding my order [189831****21778], which has been significantly delayed and still has not been delivered.
The seller has informed me that they have already shipped the item, and have advised me to contact Daraz about the status. However, I have been unable to reach a representative through your live chat function, as it does not seem to be working.
When I have called your customer service number, I have been directed to contact the Leopard courier service instead.
Unfortunately, when I have reached out to the courier service, they have informed me that I need to speak with Daraz, as they are the ones responsible for the order and its delivery.
I am extremely frustrated by the back-and-forth I have experienced, and the lack of clear communication and ownership of this issue. As the customer, I should not have to navigate between your company and the courier service to get a resolution.
I am requesting that you please investigate the status of my order immediately, and either ensure its prompt delivery or provide me with a full refund.
I have been waiting far too long for this order, and the lack of progress is unacceptable.
Please let me know how you plan to resolve this issue in a timely manner. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
